Starting out sweeping floors as a summer student in 2007, Matt’s hard work and determination quickly allowed him to move up at Finesse, where he now serves as a Supervisor. His construction experience is evident in how he meticulously manages his team and sub-trades to ensure each project is done right, on time. Known by his co-workers as being hard-working but fair, Matt is a huge sports fan who also loves spending time at the cottage during the summer months.
