With 10 years of construction experience and 7 years working with FINESSE, Haje plays a pivotal role on site as a Foreman.  Haje manages and directs crews to ensure projects run efficiently and safely by overseeing daily site operations.  He monitors productivity, and maintains a strong focus on quality to keep every project running smoothly and on schedule.  Known for his detail-oriented approach and strong time management skills, Haje takes pride in maintaining organized job sites and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. His ability to effectively guide teams makes him a key part of delivering successful projects. Outside of work, Haje enjoys staying active through working out,  running, and being a dedicated father.
